I bought these with a box of Brez. This is the 7th or 8th product of this kind that I have purchased. This is by far the worst. It does not expand my nostrils in the manner that is needed for relief. Honestly, if anything it obstructs the air flow.

I been using them for two days now and it feels easy on the nose and my breathing is a lot better. I feel I do not have to use a cpat machine all the time now.

This device helps with the snoring. However, it does not stop it. I am not sure there is anything out there that accomplishes this for sure. The device is fine.
