Seems to help

Just bought this for my mother. It definitely seems to be helping with the constant headaches she has had for over two months. Directions were very spare. Only directions were how to put on head brace. Had to look at picture on box to try to figure out how to put the other over the door part together. Put dishcloth on door to protect finish. Rope is a bit slippery, so use square knots. We ended up using two knots for each place that you have to tie as one time it slipped off. Don't use facing away from door as illustrated on box. After reading other reviews of similar products, we tried unit facing door and she immediately said that was much better. No directions for how to use for both weight and time. We started off quite light at 3 1/2 pounds the first day for 12 minutes. Increased to 4 pounds the next day. Doing 4 times per day. You need two people for set up. Also, neck brace has velcro attachments too close. A bigger person will have trouble. We are following doctor orders.

Velcrodoes not reach

Velcro is too short to reach. Neck has to be extremely small to work. The round binding cloth that slides down does not hold it.

Poor fit and hard to use

It is supposed to be one size fits all, but we had to attach more of our own Velcro to make it fit. My husband and I are both average size and it was not even close to fitting. Then it is a process to figure out how much water provides the right amount of tension. This product would be virtually impossible to use without someone to help you.
