I was delighted to find this replacement cushion. I did not realize that you could buy if separately from the mask and that is all that I needed. I works great.

I purchased this cushion after the one I received with my CPAP machine started to tear. While it was still usable, I didn't want to risk it getting worse and not being able to use with my machine. I was initially worried that it wouldn't fit on the headgear for my machine, but it did and it works great. The cushion looks a little different from my other one, but still works just fine and it's a great price as well. Most of the other cushions I saw seemed to be at least $30 or sometimes had to be bought with the whole headgear, which I didn't need. I highly recommend this for anyone, just make sure that you require this exact size which is medium.
