You have to cut these down to size. That's not a problem, just use some scissors. Otherwise these are the same black foam filters that came with your machine.

While it does work as designed, it is not the same size nor number of items I expected.
First, I ordered 5, not realizing it was a 6-pack (definitely my fault here for missing that detail).
Second, each 6-pack comes with 6 bags - of which contain 2 filters each. Ok, not a bad thing to get more for the same price, but it would have been nice to know.
Third, and most important, the filter is WAY larger than what comes in the Philips Respironcs CPAP. While it is the same thickness, it is NOT the same size. I can cut one filter into at least 6 pieces of the same size as the filter which comes in the Philips Respironics CPAP.
So, all in all, 1 "6-pack" would probably last about 10 years.

OEM product.What makes this one better is I paid a lot less for them and I got six for the price of one with free shipping.
You would have a hard time beating this deal,try it you'll love the product and it's price.
This tubing will ONLY work with the S9 Series CPAP Machines.

Bought this item because it was lighter and smaller in diameter which is perfect for a flip flop sleeper. What I did not know is the material strength is greatly sacrificed and it falls short of it's 6 foot length claim. The major weakness is where the tube joins to the rubber fitting. If you clean your mask and tube regularly as you should it will surely rip when separating the mask. This tube is so much better then the standard but still needs improvement at the joints. If you do purchase this item, I strongly recommend you buy some electrical tape and re-enforce where the tube joins with the rubber fitting. Start wrapping from the rubber fitting to about three inches down the tube and back up around the fitting again. This will greatly extend the life of this hose even though it will add some weight it is well worth it.

Do not buy from the above seller, they are running a bait and switch scam. Title says ResMed, Picture is ResMed, but you will receive a much inferior tubing. When you ask why they will tell you it's the same as ResMed for a lessor price. My CPAP machine is ResMed and I only use original Resmed products. If you can get the original it is a great tubing. Beware of what your buying. Amazon should ban this seller for scamming customers.

This was listed as a ResMed Hose & a ResMed Hose is displayed in the photo. Received an aftermarket hose labeled SUNSET Health Care Solutions. I've already had one of this brand before and it developed a leak in a month. The ResMed brand hose is much more durable! I trusted their picture; even used a magnifying glass to read the side of the tube! I already know it will not be cost effective to return, so I guess I am stuck with it. ***AFTER I COMPLAINED TO SELLER, THEY DID SHIP ME THE REAL THING***

I usually find the Amazon product reviews very helpful, but they seem to be nearly useless for these anti-snoring products. Look at the ratings on the various chin strap/jaw supporter products. They all seem to have about an equal percentage of people who really like them and those who find them useless.
I think this is the reason why: people who snore (with or without sleep apnea) vary so widely in their head and neck shapes and sizes. So one product may be very effective if a person is fat with a blubbery neck and big melon while this same product wouldn't work for a pencil-necked, weak-jawed geek (uh, I'm afraid that would be me). And vice-versa. I suspect that the companies who make these products are reluctant to be too specific about this aspect, as it would likely limit the market for buyers of their product.
I like this product. It is comfortable and effective, for me. But my hat size isn't 8 1/2 and my neck doesn't resemble the leg of an elephant. I didn't give it five stars because I think the description of its sizing is misleading.
When reviewing these products designed to decrease snoring I suggest that we reviewers describe certain of our personal features, so others will have a better idea if the product is likely to work for them. I don't think the ratings will ever be very helpful if we don't.
Here's what I suggest, for starters:
1. Age range. Me, around 60.
2. Male/female. Me, a male.
3. Fat, thin, or in between. Height/wieight would be most helpful but a general description would help too. Me, 6' 170lbs
4. How big is your neck/gourd? You will notice that many reviewers of these items complain about them being too small or too large. To help determine this, use a tape measure. Place it under your jaw, the junction of your lower jaw and the upper part of your neck. Pass it around the crown of your noggin, around the biggest circumference, then bring it back down to the neck/lower jaw starting point. For me this is 27 inches.
5. Perhaps hat size, if you know it. Mine is 7 1/8.
The BEST Pure Stop Snoring NEOPRENE Chin Strap description says that one size fits all, adjusts to fit anyone. Not true, methinks. The velcro strips that attach together at the top of the head just barely, barely extend far enough to attach to each other, even with my close-to-normal-sized bean and 27 inch measurement above. If your head and neck are big bulgy things, this device isn't going to fit, unless you want to get crafty and modify it by sewing in lenghtened velcro straps.
Snoring/sleep apnea are caused in the great majority of cases by the lower jaw falling back and blocking the airway as jaw and neck muscles relax during deep sleep. There are several product types (chin straps, the mouth guard products, carefully-fit cervical collars, etc.) which are designed to push or pull the lower jaw forward, making a wider pathway for air. These different approaches are variably effective in different people. If one doesn't work, try another of the same general type or combine different types. Other approaches that apparently help some people are devices that widen the nostrils and various medicines/sprays. There are also surgical approaches that are quite effective.
Snoring is associated with sleep apnea. Sleep apnea, which is relatively common, involves the windpipe being blocked enough to actually close off the flow of air and cause frequent episodes during sleep when breating stops, thus decreasing the oxygen in the blood. This is a very dangerous situation. While snoring is a problem mostly for others within earshot, sleep apnea is a killer, and that fact is not to be forgotten.
A sleep study is the ultimate way to determine if you have this condition or whether your homemade treatment is effective. And CPAP device use under professional care is accepted to be the best way to assure successful treatment. But hey, no one wants to deal with that CPAP monster if there is an effective but easier and cheaper way.

My husband had previously purchased two of these chin straps for the cost of $120 a fact that I did not know until they had arrived. After some time they stretched and I had to stitch them in order for him to keep them on his head. The Neoprene Chin Strap has velcro which allows for a tighter fit. While both Chin Straps does the job of controlling the snoring, the price $15 and quality of the Neoprene Chin far exceeds the one HE paid $120 for.

For some reasons my mom always had this loud snoring problem. I made her try this snoring chinstrap and my dad thanked me endlessly. The product is highly effective in controlling the snoring issue without any issues at all.
This is the Citrus CPAP wipes made of all natural ingredients to avoid the damage to the mask.

I am never, ever good about cleaning my APAP mask in the morning. At least, I wasn't before I found out that these existed. I am not a morning person and never felt I had enough time to unhook my mask and wash it before work. These things are great. I like that they are all natural and you know they won't break down your mask. I keep them by my nightstand with a pair of scissors and cut each sheet in half to make them last longer. One sheet is a lot more than I need for a mask wipedown. The only thing I wish was different is if the sheets were half the size but cutting them is not really that much of a pain, I like getting twice as much use out of these and hate wasting.

These wipes are very easy to use and smell very pleasant. The price on the 3-pack was very competitive. This was a much better way to purchase sleep apnea supplies than a local home medical supply store.

I love these wipes. They work great, save a lot of time and my mask always smells fresh and feels clean. No oily film or buildup on the surface in between washing. My skin loves it and mentally it is easier to put the mask on at night knowing it has been freshened up.
