I gave this product 4 star because of the customer service received from the distributor. I find the product itself to rate 5 stars. I would highly recommend this product. I have used it with my travel CPAP (Goodnight 420) which does not use a humidifier. I was able to get 38 hours (4 + night’s sleep) of run time from one full charge of the battery. I got this to use in case of power outages. It would additionally work well for camping trips.
When I received the battery it was defective out of the box. I had contacted Sleep Restfully, Inc. about the issue and they responded promptly. They did have to refer my back to the manufacture to get the replacement which turned out to be a real pain in the @%$#$. I do not hold Sleep Restfully, Inc. at fault here. The company had responded in a timely manner to all of my request and provided the level of customer of service I would have expected. I would suggest that if you receive an out of the box defective item that you just return it for a full refund and then order another one.
In dealing with ERAC International Wholesale Distributor for Battery Power Solution I felt that the customer service that I received was extremely poor. I think it was ridiculous that I had to waste 10 days of time from when I reported that the product was defective until the point that I was given contact information to call them on the phone to find out that all they wanted to do was walk me through troubleshooting the device which amounted to "Did you plug it in.". Then I wasted another 2 + weeks and additional e-mails waiting for the replacement battery to be shipped to me due to the company recording my address information incorrectly after I verbally confirmed it with them over the phone. Now that not being enough I then had to wait yet another 2 + weeks multiple phone calls and e-mails just to get you to send me an e-mail with a link to a return shipping label.

I wish anyone ordering this luck to not have to deal with the distributor directly.
