1Keep looking - these are crap
By riverseine
I've been buying straps for my CPAP for years. I tried these based on the pictures and description. First, if you are a healthy CPAPer you clean your hose and headgear EVERY day. You NEED straps with velcro on them so you can remove them every day to clean the gear. The velcro on these is really narrow, cheap, and has already started separating from the fabric after just one week of use. Also, the material is very thin (presumably a desirable trait), but I'm finding I prefer the thicker more robust material of other straps I've had over the years. Lastly, these are WAY overpriced for the junk they are. Should be about $6 with $2 shipping. Any cost over that is just plain thievery.

4not perfect, but pretty good

This is a good product. Since the face lines are a function of the tightness of the straps, fit with face, face size, etc., there's no way to predict how this will work for any one person without trying it out. I used these several months, and found them partially effective at reducing face prints from the mask straps. At $13.95 with free shipping for 1 pair, it's worth a try. If you find it effective on the upper straps, order another for the lower or order the PAD A CHEEK variety below.

I have also used the PAD A CHEEK @ $30 for two pairs (upper and lower strap covers). IMHO the PAD A CHEEK are more effective because of the thicker padding under the fabric cover (P-A-C covers have a foam-like core and a soft velour-type "micro fleece" cover. While the SnuggleStraps have velcro seams to close around the straps, the P-A-C comes with a metal tool that you use to "thread" the strap through the P-A-C. I've found the P-A-C to be more effective at avoiding facial printing.

I think that both products are worth the minimal investment. Note that at this writing P-A-C is not available through Amazon - you have to order through the company website.

1Not worth it.

The straps are short and don't lay flat. Waste of money. They are just a piece of cheap felt that roll.
